Our story is built on generations of retail experience.

In the mid-70s, while working for Black+Decker Tools, George King spent time in consumers' homes to understand their needs. That direct insight led to the innovation of the Dustbuster® and established the consumer-first philosophy that launched Sales Factory in 1984. George built an agency that didn’t just create ads, but solved problems by combining research, strategy, and creativity.
Today, that legacy evolves under Rob Belk.

Retail runs deep in Rob’s blood. As part of the four-generation family legacy behind Belk, Inc., he learned the industry from the ground up. As a teenager, he began his career selling ladies’ shoes at the Belk in Charlotte’s Southpark Mall. Now an accomplished entrepreneur with deep expertise in ecommerce, supply chain, and product marketing, Rob brings a lifetime of retail intuition to the agency.

Our Partner Pricing structure ties our compensation
to your success. You tell us what you consider a win, and we design a bonus based on your goal. Then we reduce our upfront fee. If we reach your goal, we receive the bonus. If we don’t meet your goal, you only pay the reduced fee.
